- Video and image editing to rapidly re-deploy materials
- Writing, to re-frame instructions and guide students in a new environment
- Transforming learning experiences and assessments into an online environment, in a partnership role with instructors, which includes:
- Facilitation of course redesign, mapping new ways to achieve learning outcomes
- Supportive documentation and hand-off instruction sessions
- Lessons learned facilitation after first semester of course use, to allow for further development, better understanding, and less administrative load on instructors.
- Coaching instructors on course design and practice in their new environment, providing them with the documentation and skills to teach with their new course

- Guiding design decisions, made once and applied everywhere.
- Guiding governance, either document drafting or next steps.
- Translating value statements on accessibility and responsive design into SOP's and best practices.
